Anne Jordan

Anne Jordan joined the University of Arizona in 2022, bringing a diverse background in executive support, project coordination, and organizational operations. Her experience spans a range of industries and organizational settings, from small businesses to international research institutions, where she supported executive leadership and coordinated international science conferences.

As Executive Assistant to the Chief Facilities and Planning Officer, Anne serves as a strategic administrative partner, supporting executive operations, cross-functional collaboration, and organizational initiatives across Facilities & Planning.

Passionate about connecting people and ideas, Anne brings a collaborative, solutions-oriented approach to complex projects. She enjoys bringing structure to big ideas, building relationships across teams, and helping turn organizational priorities into meaningful outcomes.

Outside of work, Anne enjoys spending time with family and friends, pursuing new learning opportunities, and volunteering in her community.
