The Staff Advisory Council is looking forward
to hosting its Annual Crossroads
Conference. This year's event has great sessions to
benefit all employees.
Conference registration includes all materials, workshops,
continental breakfast and lunch.
Workshops will cover topics such as employee resources,
health choices, and stress free ideas for work and home.
Deans, directors and department heads are encouraged to allow
employees to participate in this professional development
opportunity.
Morning Keynote
Cathy Nicholson, SPHR
Director, Human Resources
University of Arizona Health Sciences Center
Cathy has been in HR management in higher education for over
30 years, directing a variety of areas including employee
relations, compensation, HR project management,
institutional relations and HR-IT. Prior to her years at the
University of Arizona in Tucson, she worked at Penn State
University, Illinois State University, and the University of
North Carolina, Chapel Hill, and has a B.S. in Management,
as well as HRCI certification as a Senior Professional in
Human Resources.
