Activities Committee Meeting Minutes

·       KUAT Volunteer-phones

No report submitted.  Needed 5 volunteers for Dec 1 scheduled date.

·       Craft Sale and Bake Sale

We sold 11 tables (made $180.00) Bake sale made $48.20.  Requests have been made that we hold another craft fair maybe in April along with a bake sale.  Leave table reservation costs the same ($20).  We need more participation from Council members (baked goods and man hours).  Proceeds will be donated to CSW/Ray Gasser.

·       Santa Calling

Dates are Dec 4, 5 & 6.  Notice was emailed today by Marcy Remington.  She also requested they notify her if they are volunteering – maybe we can send them a Wildcat Spirit Award.

·       UA Pride Night

No report submitted.  Need to check with Claire on when invitations are to be mailed to individuals on campus.

·       UA cares

Cat Day is March 1.  SAC has been asked for collect new razors and toothbrushes.  They will be given to Primavera Foundation.

·       Blood drive

Next blood drive is scheduled for February 6.

·       White Elephant

Will be held on December 4, at the end of the SAC General Meeting.  Marcy has made arrangements with Randy that SAC conduct business items the first 45 minutes and then we have festivities.  Marcy will send out flyer

·       Gaslight Theatre

Tickets are ready for pick up.  Randy has volunteered to pick them up for us on Monday, November 26.  We hope to distribute them on Dec 4
