| The Albert Hourani Book Award Committee is comprised of
five members selected by MESA’s Board of Directors. The committee is charged with
reviewing submissions for the book award and selecting an award winner. A new committee is
selected for each year’s competition. Committee membership is confirmed in
early spring to accommodate the award’s submission deadline of May 1.
