REFUND POLICY

MESA's program committee and staff make substantial commitments of time and money to stage the annual meeting. Financial guarantees are made in blocking hotel rooms, printing the program, hiring temporary staff, etc. based upon pre-registration numbers. For this reason, MESA must strictly adhere to the following refund policy:

For non-participants, MESA will give a full refund of the pre-registration amount provided that the request for refund is made by no later than the pre-registration cut-off date of November 1. After that date no requests for refunds for pre-registration will be honored. For meeting participants refunds will be given only to those who request one by August 15, 2006. 

Checks must be in U.S. dollars drawn on a U.S. Bank. Foreign checks cannot be accepted. Send form and payment to: MESA 2006 Registration, University of Arizona, 1219 N Santa Rita Ave, Tucson AZ 85721.
