2004 MIC Scheduling Form

If you would like to schedule a meeting to take place during the MESA 2004 annual meeting in San Francisco, please complete and submit the following form to Mark Lowder.

Please note that meetings in conjunction day is Saturday, November 20. MESA will run one panel session that day from 5:30pm-7:30pm. All other times on Saturday are open for affiliate functions. Scheduling priority is given to MESA's official affiliated organizations and institutional members. Other groups not formally affiliated with MESA may request meeting space and will be accommodated if time and space allow. Please note that MESA charges $150 to each group meeting in conjunction, except for Institutional Members for whom the fee is waived.
