Book Exhibit Space
The Hyatt Regency offers state-of-the-art meeting facilities. The Book Exhibit will be located in the carpeted Pacific Concourse and will accommodate 74 booths and 18 tables. Annual Meeting Program advertising is available at reduced cost for book exhibitors. (See Program Advertising below.)

Booth spaces are 8' x 10'–with 8' draping in back and 3' draping on the sides. A single booth comes furnished with a 6' draped table, two chairs, a wastebasket, and a booth identification sign. 
Price: $700 per booth. 15% discount on double and triple booths.

Tables are 6' (rectangle) in length, skirted, including 2 chairs, 1 wastebasket and an identification sign. Exhibitors are encouraged to make early space reservations due to space limitations and the popularity of the venue. Tables are meant for non-profits and similar organizations.
Price: $300 per table.

For the 2001 meeting, the deadline for an insertion order is September 28, 2001 with camera-ready copy due by October 5, 2001.  

A reduced rate for advertising in the meeting program is offered for those renting exhibit space.
