The MESA Business Meeting is a "members-only" meeting, and members are encouraged to attend. You must be an up-to-date member of MESA for 2002 to attend. Only full members (fellows and students) are eligible to vote at the business meeting. If any resolutions are submitted to the Secretariat in advance of the meeting, they will be discussed and voted on at the business meeting. Votes can be taken only if there is a quorum of 35 or more voting members of the association in good standing.
