The purpose of this on-line directory is to present general information on institutions, courses and faculty members in Middle East studies, in all parts of the world, for those who are interested in or are pursuing studies or careers in this area. While every attempt has been made to provide accurate and reliable information, users of this directory are encouraged to contact institutions of interest to verify the information contained herein with particular regard to frequency of course offerings, faculty availability (sabbatical and leave statuses), and financial aid offerings. Please note that information in this directory was provided by the institutions listed.  If an institution has not updated their entry as requested by MESA, the link to their page has been removed.
