In class today we did the following:
1. Dr. H briefly shared some comments and reactions from the class on The Story of Stuff video (see the first few slides of today's presentation) Check them out HERE [pdf]
2. Then Dr H gave a demo of how to do the I-2 Assignment on Skeleton Plotting and Crossdating (due Thursday Oct 2). Some of the comments she made in class are captured HERE [pdf] but for a demo you'll have to take advantage of a Help Session or try it yourself after going through the online tutorial that accompanies the assignment. If you'd like extra help, see go to one of the following sessions.

Two short "movie clips" were shown to illustrate the Chapman mechanism and the destruction of ozone by CFCs /ClO
We did not finish the OZONE topic, so it will be completed next Tuesday in class before starting Topic #10.
4. Students were reminded that we have another TUESDAY RQ coming up next week. RQ-4 on Thermodynamics is due Tuesday Sep 30th.
