The Total Rewards Statement provides a personalized snapshot
of the value of all forms of compensation - salary, insurance benefits,
retirement plans and other employment-related programs. The statement
details the portion you pay as an employee and the portion supported by
University dollars and is designed to express the total investment you and
the University make in your employee benefits.
Viewing your Total Rewards Statement is quite simple:
Go to the Employee Link webpage at:
https://emplink.arizona.edu
Log in with your UA NetID and password.
Select "Benefits/Total Rewards," and then "View Total Rewards Statement."
The development of a Total Rewards Statement is one of many information
strategies we will be employing this year to better communicate financial
trends influencing the University of Arizona.
