Agenda
Opening Announcements – Randy
Livingston
APAC is in upheaval. Lorelei has
offered to attend APAC meetings and act as liaison. Jointly working on HR
issues and performance appraisals.
Employee Recognition Committee took a
$6000 cut to their budget. As APAC may not be offering to help fund the
event this year we might approach administration with our concerns
Committees need to submit their
budgets to Jean Mason for the September meeting.
Communications will deal with the
survey. Randy will contact Maria about getting together a group to decide on
what we want to discover. Communications will also be dealing with
newsletter changes and issues.
Phyllis brought Diane Davis to check
us out for membership.
September 12 is the next Tri-U. If
exec board unavailable it will be opened for members to attend.
Sept 13: 6:30-10pm - KUAT pledgedrive
- need at least 6 volunteers
We need to get the Town Hall page up
and running for questions for Sept 23.

Did a wrap up years of last event. Nominees named though didn't all attend
so starting a registration to cut the need for these times. Change up awards
given as the $6000 budget was cut and a winner from 2008 will cut out the
clock. Good meeting that was impressive and good ideas for explaining
awards, colors, etc.

noon - working on performance appraisals. Janelle looking into medical
shortcomings of alternative medicine and catastrophic illness.
